I’m Anita Serbanescu, and my background spans accounting, financial management, and payroll across local government, corporate operations, construction, hospitality, and service businesses. That experience has shown me how much clear, organized financial information matters to the people running a business.

I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Nonprofit Administration from North Park University. My professional experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant and HR/Payroll Lead for the City of Fellsmere, a Finance Manager, and a Controller Assistant.

Throughout these roles, I’ve handled account reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end and year-end accounting. I’ve also helped resolve discrepancies, improve financial procedures, support external audits, and guide staff through accounting and payroll system changes.

My construction and home-renovation experience brings a practical understanding of project costs, labor, materials, and cash flow. Working across different industries has taught me to listen first and tailor support to how each business operates.
